Product Advantages
We have two high-precision roll grinders, three four roll Meri mills, and one 20 roll mill, which ensures that the surface of our cold-rolled materials is basically scratch free, with uniform thickness and good straightness. 12 sets of EBNER full hydrogen hood annealing furnaces, making the material surface bright and achieving uniform performance after cold rolling. Two precision slitting machines and one leveling machine to meet the different needs of customers. A medium board leveling machine can be put into operation immediately after being rolled into the factory.
Production Equipment
EBNER full hydrogen hood annealing furnace: | The HiCON/H2 type bell type annealing furnace is a strong convection all hydrogen bell type annealing furnace. The protective gas uses hydrogen gas with a volume fraction of 99.999%, which has good thermal conductivity. The residual carbon content on the surface of the product shall not exceed 20mg/m ^ 2. |
450 Four roll AGC Reversible Cold Rolling Mill: | The AGC system is used to eliminate the thickness difference in the longitudinal length of the strip produced during the rolling process, and the rolled piece is rolled back and forth in a reversible rolling mill. |

350 20 roll cold rolling mill unit: | The work roll diameter is small, and the pass reduction rate is high, up to a maximum of 60%. Some materials can be rolled into very thin strips without intermediate annealing. It has axial and radial roll shape adjustment, roll diameter size compensation, rolling line adjustment and other mechanisms, and adopts hydraulic pressure reduction and AGC system, so the product has good plate shape and high dimensional accuracy. |
Precision slitting machine: | Cut the strip longitudinally into several strips of the required specifications |
Medium board leveling machine: | Specialized equipment for processing hot-rolled coils, with a processing capacity rangingfrom 3mm to 14mm in thickness. Can open hot-rolled coils with a width of 2000mm. ltalso has a trimming function. |
Precision Small Kaiping Machine: | Mainly processing high demand cold-rolled coils, especially with higher requirements for surface protection. Their products are generally thin sheets with fixed openings, widely used in stamping, precision cutting, and other fields. |
Tension Leveler: | Good board shape can be obtained. After stretching, bending, and straightening, the wave edges, wave shapes, and slight sickle bends on the board surface can be completely eliminated, greatly improving the flatness of the thin plate. Beneficial for improving the anisotropy of materials.。 |
Temper mill: | Flattening machine, especially suitable for strip steel leveling. After recrystallization annealing, the strip steel often needs to be flattened to obtain the necessary properties and surface quality, meeting the requirements of subsequent processing. |
