Product Advantages
The company has newly invested in the first large section flat steel online hot rolling production line in China, completing the one-time conversion from coil to coiled flat steel. In order to achieve high-precision dimensional tolerances and good surface quality through cold precision rolling, our factory can also carry out heat treatment according to customer needs, thus realizing the use of cold-rolled flat steel instead of cold drawn flat steel, reducing procurement costs for customers.
Production Equipment
Triple hot rolled line: | Using high wire as raw material, through medium frequency induction heating, continuous rolling is carried out to harvest coil materials. The products produced by this equipment have the advantages of stable performance, high dimensional accuracy, no oxide skin on the surface, and shallow decarburization layer. Better quality assurance than regular hot-rolled flat steel. |
| Five consecutive cold rolling lines: | Using hot-rolled coil flat steel as raw material, the thickness, width, surface, and performance requirements of the steel are controlled through five consecutive cold rolling processes to ensure the stability of product accuracy and performance (which can replace cold drawn flat steel). At the same time, the efficiency is high, and the resulting coil flat steel is convenient for customers to use and reduces costs. |
| Flat steel calibration line: | Cold rolled coil flat steel is straightened on the flat surface (eleven rolls) and side surface (eleven rolls) to ensure the flatness and curvature of the flat steel, and to fully measure the length of the flat steel to improve material utilization. |
